Choosing whether to begin therapy is a significant decision. You may not feel sure if it's for you, or you may have questions about the process and about me as a therapist. That uncertainty is entirely valid.

Welcome to my space!
I am Hyacinthos Christou, a psychotherapist and holistic therapist with a passion for combining the science of psychology with the creative expression of the body and soul.
I work in London and Athens, bringing with me a unique fusion of psychodynamic, dance therapy and holistic practices—always with respect for your uniqueness.
Since 2013 I have had the honour to accompany people along their pathway towards self-knowledge and inner freedom, where this website's name came from.
What I currently do:
- 🧠 Psychodynamic Psychotherapy: At the Body and Mind clinic in London, I offer long-term support, focusing on exploring the unconscious and healing old wounds. At the same time, I mentor new therapists, maintaining a safe bridge between theory and practice.
-💃 Dance & Kinetic Therapy: Through the Language of Dance I cultivate groups where movement becomes a language, a way to release emotions, discover new ways of expression and reconnect with your body.
My training is both academic and practical:
🎓 BSc Psychology (University of West London),
🎓 PG Certificate in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (Middlesex University),
🎓 PG Certificate in Clinical Supervision (The Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy).
